Air-Con Re-gassing

There are two types of Air Con gas for vehicles, a R134a gas for older vehicles and R1234yf gas for newer vehicles. We ONLY offer re-gassing for R134a air con systems.

It is said that air conditioning systems lose 10-15% of the refrigerant gas in a year and according to this observation. One should have its A/C system checked yearly. So if you left it for 2 years, the amount of your A/C refrigerant gas would have been decreased about 20-30%.

This decrease actually reduces the ability to achieve the desired temperature. People think that their A/C system is not capable anymore, however, the true story is that your system is not working to its full capacity.

So whenever you notice a decrease in the cooling ability of your A/C system, you should rather have it serviced to bring your A/C system back to its maximum capability.

To keep your car's air conditioning system in good working order, it's recommended to use it for at least 5-10 minutes every week, even in colder months.

Regular use helps circulate the lubricant and prevents seals from drying out, which can lead to leaks.
